Atin Ito cargo....ransacked my boxes.

I sent 3 boxes to Manila last October 2010, supposed to receive it before xmas as these boxes contain all the pasalubong for family & friends. I arrived in Manila 2 weeks before x'mas and should also be the day of the boxes' arrival.  I called Manila office a thousand times but no answers. I called Toronto office and complained but they said  there were no problems and that it's coming. Tried calling Manila office again until xmas passed by....hoping for New year.....but still no boxes arrived. I was so despreate and disappointed coz I had nothing to give my family and friends for the holidays. I was going back to Canada first week of January and 3 days before my departure, I was lucky to contact them just to tell me that my boxes were put on "HOLD"...IMAGINE THAT?...for what reason?...they could not even tell me why but told me to call Toronto Office to verify...I had no choice but to call Toronto office just to learn again that they did not advice any "hold" to my cargo.. imagine after 3 months of waiting..they did not even bother  to call me to advice me if there was a problem!  From then on, I already knew that my boxes will be ransacked before I get it. Good to be true coz my husband received the boxes 3 weeks later only HALF full, a lot of stuff missing and with broken glasses. I couldn't believe it but I learned my lesson well....NEVER EVER SEND MY CARGO AGAIN TO ATIN ITO....and to RELIABLE CARGO...I heard the same story.
